Lisita is known for his physical strength and top-notch submission skills, which gave him an impressive run in Australia’s MMA scene. In his most recent outing at Legend, he picked up a unanimous decision victory over dangerous Korean featherweight Choi Yeong Gwang. Leading up to this championship fight, Lisita has been training at Phuket Top Team in Thailand, which he says has put him in the best shape of his life for this fight.

Commenting on his upcoming title fight, Lisita said, “Every single fight in Legend FC is a big challenge, but I am confident I can beat anybody at featherweight.” Kawanago is known for his heavy hands and will likely be looking to score another knockout victory. However, Lisita welcomes the challenge: “I will give it everything I have, and I reckon my power will be the thing that wins me this fight.

Fans can see Lisita vs. Kawanago live at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on Friday, August 24. Tickets are still available at www.hkticketing.com.
