RUFF 7 Weigh in Results

|

Press Release – Friday, 21 December 2012

All ten fighters on the RUFF 7 main card, including all eight contestants in the flyweight, featherweight, lightweight, and light heavyweight title eliminators, easily made weight ahead of the promotion’s first event in Nanjing, although the weigh in was not without its share of drama.

Featherweight Sandro da Silva came to near fisticuffs with opponent Wang QiShang, while featherweight Jiang ZhouWen and flyweight Zheng JunFeng both missed the mark on the scales. Jiang and Zheng’s opponents – Zhao EriDeMuTu and Yang Liang, respectively – both agreed to catchweights, meaning that all nine fights at tomorrow night’s RUFF 7 will go ahead as scheduled.
