Ben Rothwell looked to be lacking in pace in the first two rounds, but made up for it in the third frame with a flurry that sent his opponent, Brandon Vera, tumbling onto the canvas.

Vera’s return to the Heavyweight division was ruined by Rothwell, who now garners 3-3 record under the UFC banner.

In his post fight interview with Joe Rogan, Rothwell called out Travis Browne, stating that if the bout were to be materialized, it’d be a really exciting one.

With four defeats in his last six outings, things don’t look good for Brandon Vera, and it remains to be seen just what the future holds for the 35-year-old.
