Three additional bouts confirmed for ONE FC 11: Total Domination

The fight card for ONE Fighting Championship’s eleventh installment is starting to take shape, with the addition of three “Singapore vs. Malaysia” bouts.

one fc 11Headlined by a Bantamweight title unification match-up between Soo Chul Kim and Bibiano Fernandes, ONE FC 11: Total Domination takes place October 18th at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore. The event is set to be aired on Star Sports, with an online PPV stream catered to fans living outside the Asia continent.

Three additional bouts confirmed for ONE FC 11: Total Domination

As previously announced, Singapore’s Sherilyn Lim is set to face Malaysian Ann Osman in ONE FC’s second-ever women’s bout. Impact MMA’s Juan Wen Jie faces Alex Lim at 170-lbs, and Stephen Langdown fights Mark Marcellinus in a clash of MMA debutants.

Juan Wen Jie holds a record of 2-0, after picking up victories at the Ultimate Beatdown promotion which is based in Malaysia. With a background in Muay Thai, the former “Singapore Manhunt” winner was originally slated to compete at ONE FC 3: War of the Lions against Juggernaut Fight Club’s Quek Kim Hock, but an injury ruled him out. Now, he’s set to make his long awaited promotional debut against Alex Lim, who brings a 1-2 resume to the ONE FC cage.

Langdown, a fitness trainer and social media enthusiast, is a former member of the now defunct Stable MMA academy. He takes on Malaysia’s Marcellinus in a Bantamweight match-up, who’s also set to make his professional MMA debut.

CEO of ONE Fighting Championship Victor Cui stated, “ONE FC, Asia’s largest mixed martial arts organization with 90% of the market share in Asia, returns to Singapore with a blockbuster show on October 18. In each city we go to, MMA fans are eager to rally behind their local heroes and support their nation’s warriors. This time, Singaporean MMA fans will have plenty to cheer about as the age-old rivalry between Singapore and Malaysia is reignited as Singapore’s own Sherilyn Lim, Juan Wen Jie and Stephen Langdown face-off against stiff Malaysian competition In the ONE FC cage. I know that the roar of the Singapore crowd cheering on their hometown warriors will be deafening and I can’t wait to hear the Indoor Stadium erupt with those cheers once again.”

The updated line-up now includes:

  • Soo Chul Kim vs. Bibiano Fernandes (Bantamweight Title unification bout)
  • Eddie Ng vs. Peter Davis
  • Tatsuya Mizuno vs. Rafael Silva
  • Sherilyn Lim vs. Ann Osman
  • Juan Wen Jie vs. Alex Lim
  • Stephen Langdown vs. Mark Marcellinus
