UFC 168 gate and attendance figures announced

UFC 168 is done, and now the Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the official gate and attendance figures. The sold-out event earned $6,238,792.50 with no empty seats and 14,574 paying to be there. An additional 1067 tickets were comped, for a total attendance of 15,641 people.

UFC 168 went down December 28th, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. The main event saw Chris Weidman retain his UFC Middleweight Title due to an injury stoppage, after he checked a kick from challenger Anderson Silva that resulted in “The Spider’s” leg breaking.
