Titan FC has announced the finalized card for their 28th event, set to take place on April 25th at the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, KS. The main event sees late replacement Raphael Davis step in for Vinny Magalhaes to take on Jason Brilz in a light heavyweight encounter, while the co-main features Kalib Starnes facing off with Dave “PeeWee” Herman at heavyweight. Jason “The Hitman” Brilz (21-5-1) has been on a tear since being dropped by the UFC. The well-rounded light heavyweight has gone 3-0 since leaivng the big show, with his last win coming by decision over Dallas Mitchell at Victory FC 41. “The Hitman” is currently looking for the big win that will get him back on the UFC’s radar. Can he get it over late replacement Davis?

Raphael “Noodle” Davis (13-2) is a Bellator FC veteran training out of Reign MMA with Mark Munoz. After leaving Bellator with 3-1 record, including a win in his final fights with the promotion, “Noodle” has gone on to notch another pair of wins to bring himself to a total of 3 consecutive victories. Now, he has another big opportunity as he steps in to the Titan FC 28 main event as a short notice replacement. Will the finish-happy Davis be able to put away “The Hitman?”

Dave “PeeWee” Herman (21-6) has fought for some of the biggest fight promotions around the world including EliteXC, Sengoku, Bellator and UFC. He made his UFC debut in 2011 at UFC 131 where won via TKO against John-Olav Einemo. He went on to lose his next four fights to Stefan Struve, Roy Nelson, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Gabriel Gonzaga. He will look to turn his fighting career around in the Titan FC cage.

Kalib Starnes (16-8) is Canada’s top light heavyweight talent not currently in the UFC. The former TUF competitor is on a four fight winning streak that has taken him from the Aggression Fighting Championships to the World Series of Fighting, and has also notched finishes in 3 of those last 4 victories. Will Starnes be able to make it 5 in a row with a win a weight class up over “PeeWee?”

Titan FC 28 goes down on April 25th from the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, KS. The main event features a light heavyweight clash between former UFC and Bellator competitors, as Jason Brilz takes on Raphael Davis. Stay tuned to MMASucka for more on this and other events.
