Ryan Bader vs Phil Davis added to UFC on FOX 14

A light heavyweight match-up between two of the division’s top-ten is set for UFC on FOX 14 in Sweden, as Ryan Bader squares off with Phil Davis.

UFC Officials announced the match-up on Friday morning.
Bader (18-4) is riding his second longest winning streak, with three in a row. Since his 2013 loss to Glover Teixeira, Bader has wins against Anthony Perosh, Rafael Cavalcante and most recently Ovince St. Preux.
Davis (13-2, 1NC) is coming off a giant victory over Glover Teixeira at UFC 179 in October. Many counted Davis out of that fight, but he utilized his strong wrestling and controlled Teixeira for the entire three rounds. The AKA product is 4-1 in his last five outings.
The Bader vs. Davis fight will take place on the UFC on FOX 14 main card, which will air on the “big FOX” network.
UFC on FOX 14 goes down on January 24, 2015 from the Tele2 Arena in Stockhold, Sweden. Headlining the event is a 205-pound match-up between Alexander Gustafsson and Anthony Johnson. Also announced for the card in the co-main event is Dan Henderson vs. Gegard Mousasi.
