Up first we get down and dirty with “The Count” Michael Bisping. Despite not having a fight announced, we wanted to chat with the always brass Brit about sitting behind the FOX Sports desk, commentating Shooto earlier this month, when he expects to get back inside the Octagon, his thoughts on some recent fights, Vitor Belfort (of course) and changing tires.

Rounding out the show, the boy wonder, Nick Baldwin sat down with Bellator 146 main event fighter Melvin Manhoef to discuss his upcoming fight against Hiaski Kato, training in Sweden with Gustafsson, fighting under the Bellator banner, when he plans on hanging up the gloves and more.
