Rampage Jackson tells Bas Rutten he wants out of the UFC

Over the past few days, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has let his beef be known with the UFC. He was recently on HDNet’s Inside MMA and spoke candidly with Bas Rutten and stated “I don’t want to be with them no more,” Rampage stated. “I think that slavery is done.”

Rampage and Bas discuss the revelation that Jackson has been using the controversial Testosterone Replacement Therapy, TRT, his knee injury going into his most recent fight with Ryan Bader, and why he is not done fighting, but wants to be done with the UFC.

Below is the exclusive interview with Bas Rutten…

What are your thoughts on Rampage’s latest comments? Is it all just a publicity stunt?

  1. Joe Silva does not know how to match fighters. That is true. You can tell by who fights who. Rampage’s opponents should be fighters who are more like his fighting style, not better in one thing, while he’s better in another. Match them up right. Think about it, instead of criticizing what I say.

    • I think he was trying to get rampage back in the mix of the top tier fighters. Rampage just not cutting it in the ufc, can’t handle top tier fighters.

  2. -“Joe Silva does not know how to match fighters.”
    What???? Loll That was stupid.

    Rampage is a whiner,an egocentric-megalomaniac.
And if we believed what he just said…hes really always fighting hurt…when he lose!! LMAO

    I’m not gonna miss him,thats for sure…

  3. Rampage says “I think that slavery is done.” So him getting paid millions of dollars per year for about 3 to 4 fights per year is slavery? He works basically 1 to 2 hours per year and that is slavery? Sign me up.
Basically i see him as more of a hooker. He gets paid big money for another man to lay on top of him for 15 minutes and have his way with him, minus the penetration.

  4. Rampage has been slipping…..didn’t make weight….didn’t win his last two fights….of course he’s bitter. He has to blame somebody.
