Sundays are the most difficult days of training. It’s what we call the Tough Mudder Boot Camp. Some Saturdays, I have a hard time sleeping because I know that Sunday is going to be grueling. This time was exceptionally grueling as it was our last full 3 and a half hour training day to simulate the typical time it takes to complete a full course. We start to pull back the intensity after this day to allow time for recovery and to reduce the chance of injury before the event on September 29th.

Sounds fun right? It helps that you have a team of guys who have a great attitude and can be hilarious when the work out load gets rough.
