After reaching a landmark 10 events, Super Fight League is proud to showcase the first ever SFL headlined by two Indian fighters. Sandeep Yadav (2-0) will face Sachin Bhat (1-0) in a battle between two of India’s most promising fighters. SFL’s ‘Friday Fight Nights’ airs live on Neo Prime and streams live on MMASucka.com and www.YouTube.com/SFL November 30th, 2012.
Dan Isaac, COO of SFL said, “At SFL 11 Jason “Crazy” Ramesh Solomon made the live audience crazier with his in and “against” the cage. His YouTube video is presently close to 9000 views and shows that Indian fighters can impact audiences with more than just their MMA skill. Cheers to SFL 11, 12 and 13 as this is all unfolding unscripted, real and live”.
SFL 11’s co-headline event sees two female flyweights fight for redemption, with former SFL Challengers contestant Ritika Singh fighting her first bout since losing her debut on SFL 5. Up against Singh will be Egypt’s Aya Saeid Saber (1-1-0) who is fighting after losing her unbeaten record on SFL 6. Singh is joined on SFL 11 by her SFL Challengers male alumni – Rajinder Meena and Irfan Khan – both of whom are looking to maintain win streaks in the SFL.
“After my last fight (SFL 9’s fight of the night against Kapil Kumar) I want to have a cleaner fight” says Khan. “This is my second fight in three weeks but it doesn’t matter, my opponent is going down.”
Also looking to sign on his SFL debut is Iran’s Farbod Irannejad. One of the nation’s most talented fighters, Irannejad was schooled in Iran’s famous wrestling academies before taking up his main love, kickboxing. Taking on Irannejad will be Ranjith K, rated as one of SFL’s top featherweights, currently undefeated after winning his debut in just 90 seconds via submission on SFL 6.
“I am happy to be able to fight on a stage like SFL and show my talent to the world. Any fighter in the featherweight division will suffer from my kicks. My next opponent will be stunned by my kicking power and I will finish him via KO” says Irannejad.
Raj Kundra, Chairman of Super Fight League said, “Sit back and enjoy the action. With SFL 11 the show is just getting started, Sachin Bhat vs Sandeep Yadav – what more could the fans ask for . ?”
Standing at 6ft tall – Sachin Bhat is confident in his ability to stop Sandeep Yadav, who thus far has looked one of the best Indian talents in SFL.
“I have sacrificed many things for this opportunity. Not anyone could do this. I have the discipline and the courage to be one of the best fighter’s in the world and I will show this against Sandeep Yadav on SFL 11” said Bhat.
