The TUF 17 finale fight card is beginning to take shape as numerous match-ups were announced earlier today and now a title fight has also been added. UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will take on John Moraga.

Moraga’s camp MMA Lab announced the match-up earlier today, and UFC officials later confirmed the fight.

Johnson’s (17-2-1) most recent trip to the Octagon was just two weeks ago, when he put on a show in a five round war against John Dodson at UFC on FOX 6. This will be Johnson’s second fight in 2012.

Moraga (12-1) is riding a seven fight winning streak and is currently 2-0 inside the Octagon. In his UFC debut he was expected to take on Ian McCall, however due to injury ended up beating Ulysses Gomez by first round KO. At UFC 155, Moraga won his second fight with the organization against Chris Cariaso by third round submission.

The TUF 17 Finale will go down on April 13 from  the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the card is a heavyweight battle between Gabriel Gonzaga and Travis Browne. Also featured on the card will be the middleweight tournament finals.
