Full Contact Championship returns with FCC 9 on August 3rd

|

Following a 6-month hiatus, Full Contact Championship will be hosting its 9th event on August 3rd at the Famous Studios situated in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, India.

The India-based promotion made the announcement through its official Facebook page.

Full Contact Championship returns with FCC 9 on August 3rd

FCC 8, an event that was held by the organization in February, did not see any of its 8 bouts go the distance in what was a stacked fight card filled with local talents and hopefuls. FCC 9 will be expected to produce more of the same, and with founder Prashant Kumar leading the charge, only bigger things can be expected from the promotion in the future.

Full Contact Championship is also a proud member of the ONE FC network. The network, of course, constitutes of gyms, promotions, sponsors, etc. all working together to ensure the growth of Asian MMA within the region.

As such, the partnership recently saw FCC star Aditya Deshpande (3-1) cross over to the MIMMA (Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts) banner in June, where he was tasked to face Saiful Merican (1-1) in one of three ONE FC super fights of the evening. Deshpande, however, suffered a Unanimous Decision defeat after 3 rounds of battle.

No match-ups have been announced for FCC 9 yet, so keep it locked to MMASucka.com for more news and updates with regards to this event.
