RFA and Double-D/Adidas Combat Sports sign an exclusive multi-year deal

Ed Soares, President of Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) today announced that in an exclusive multi-year deal with Double-D, the adidas Combat Sports licensors for over a decade, that one of the most iconic and recognized brands in sports will now stripe the RFA cage.

adidas Combat Sports will appear in the RFA Octagon August 16, just as Pedro Munhoz (8-0) takes on Jeff Curran (36-15-1) for the RFA’s first ever bantamweight title fight as well as its event debut in Los Angeles, Calif. RFA 9’s co-main event is a battle between King Kevin Casey (5-3) vs. Casey Spider Monkey Ryan (5-0).
Sports fans will see the most famous three stripes in sports on the RFA cage, competition mat, on cage fencing and bumpers and on all RFA promotional signage, graphics and digital platforms. Additionally, all RFA fighters will compete wearing adidas Mixed Martial Arts gloves.
The entire main card of RFA 9 – Munhoz vs. Curran will be televised live nationally to over 42 million homes on AXS TV starting at 10:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. PT.
