Revgear Sponsors Garett Whiteley at UFC Fight Night 29

Revgear, a leading combat sports gear manufacturer, is proud to announce their sponsorship of one athlete competing on the UFC Fight Night 29: Maia vs. Shields fight card. The main event features a middleweight showdown between two grappling wizards, Jake Shields and Demian Maia.  The event takes place at the Ginásio José Corrêa in Barueri, Brazil on Wednesday October 8 and will be live on FOX Sports 1.

Revgear has successfully been manufacturing Martial Arts gear for various disciplines for over 17 years and has sponsored some of the biggest names in the sport.  For UFC Fight Night 29 Revgear is proud to sponsor Garett Whiteley who will be kicking off the preliminary portion of the fight card. Whiteley is undefeated in his professional mixed martial arts career at 8-0 and will look to continue the streak in his UFC debut.

Garett Whiteley, said, “I am honored to represent a company who has been in the martial arts industry for over 17 years.  I am using Revgear equipment in my training camp and the Revgear Brand will be with me when I enter the Octagon.”

The Indianapolis native will be entering the UFC Octagon wearing the Revgear Core T-Shirt and Revgear Samurai Series Haidate Fight Shorts against his opponent, who is also undefeated, Alan Patrick.
