Bleacher Report’s Jeremy Botter reported the news via his Twitter account earlier today, having received an e-mail from Kizer’s office.

No replacement has been announced for Kizer at this time. The announcement comes in the lead-up to the much-anticipated request for a therapeutic use exemption for TRT to be made by Vitor Belfort in advance of his tentatively scheduled fight with UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman.
