UFC Fight Night 41 headed to Berlin on May 31

The UFC has announced that the organization will head to Berlin, Germany on May 31 for what is expected to be UFC Fight Night 41.

Officials announced the match-up on Thursday morning.

This will be the company’s first time to Berlin and third appearance in Germany. In 2009, the UFC made their debut in Cologne for UFC 99 and came back one year later for UFC 122 in Oberhausen.

“We are incredibly excited to announce this event and it is fantastic news for the many UFC fans throughout Germany and the rest of Europe,” says Garry Cook, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of UFC EMEA. “We are delighted to be returning to Germany in May and visiting Berlin for the first time. Germany is one of the leading world superpowers in sport and to be able to host a UFC Fight Night to our passionate German fans will be an honour.”

Tickets go on sale to UFC Fight Club members on April 2, UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers on April 3 and the general public on April 4. The starting price of tickets is €50.

UFC Fight Night 41 goes down on May 31 from Germany’s O2 World Berlin.
