Steve Fader steps aside as Chief Financial Officer of WSOF Canada

April 4, 2012 three of Canada’s largest mixed martial arts promotions, Aggression MMA, Armageddon Fighting Championships and AX Combat joined forces to become AFC. Just over one-year later World Series of Fighting acquired AFC and re-branded the organization WSOF Canada.

Darren Owen (COO) and Steve Fader (CFO) were the men behind, WSOF Canada and held their first event on December 7, 2013 at Vancouver’s PNE Agrodome .

Just a few months later, MMASucka.com has learned from Fader that he has stepped aside as Chief Financial Officer of WSOF Canada.

The former Assassin Brand Clothing CEO has stated that he stepped aside to to work on other projects.

The next WSOF Canada event has not yet been determined. The promotion was expected to hold an event May 10 in Winnipeg, however Top MMA News has reported that WSOF will not be making the trip to Manitoba in the spring.
