Jeff Meyer, CEO of Tuff N Uff, the nation’s premier amateur mixed martial arts organization, is hitting a huge milestone with Tuff N Uff’s 20th anniversary next month, and that in honor of his brother, Barry Meyer, the city of Las Vegas and fight fans everywhere, he will be presenting a classic live Tuff N Uff event to fans for FREE. On Saturday, June 7, Tuff N Uff will hold a full night of action-packed amateur MMA fights live from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas with admission completely FREE of charge.
“It seems like just yesterday my brother, Barry, and I decided to follow our passion in martial arts and look to put on the best events in the business,” Tuff-N-Uff co-founder Jeff Meyer said. “Now I look up and it’s 20 years later and Tuff N Uff is the nation’s most respected amateur MMA organization and we’re still going strong. I’m proud of reaching this milestone and look forward to presenting this June 7th  event free to all the fans who have supported us, and as a way to give back to the city in this partnership with Three Square.”
Tickets to Tuff N Uff: The Future Stars of Mixed Martial Arts are available FREE of charge through  www.unlvtickets.com. Fight fans simply visit  www.unlvtickets.com  to receive free tickets and the option to print their tickets right at home.  Doors open at the Thomas and Mack Center at 6:00 p.m. PT and first bout starts at 7:00 p.m. PT.
In addition to offering his event free and open to the public, Meyer is also hoping to set a new MMA Attendance Record and is inviting everyone in the community to get involved and help “PACK the MACK.” Tuff-N-Uff also is partnering with Las Vegas’ Three Square Food Bank for this historic event by stationing collection bins for canned and packaged goods at entrances to the Thomas and Mack.
Meyer said the June 7 fight card will feature six championship contests, as well as the finals of Tuff-N-Uff’s women’s strawweight tournament, which awards the winner a professional contract with the all-female Invicta FC mixed martial arts promotion.
“Anyone that’s ever been to a Tuff-N-Uff event knows what a fantastic show we put on, both with exciting fights and an electric atmosphere,” Meyer said. “This show will be no exception. We put our full effort into putting on a great event each and every time out, but we’re going to take it to a different level for our 20-year anniversary, and it’s all for the fans and a worthy cause.”
