UFC Tonight announced the matchup on Wednesday.

Daniel Cormier vs Ryan Bader headlines UFC Fight Night 68 in New Orleans

Cormier (15-1) was undefeated as a mixed martial artist until last month, when he was defeated by champ Jon Jones in a highly anticipated title fight at UFC 182.  Prior to that, he picked up wins over Dan Henderson and Patrick Cummins at 205-pounds, and also the likes of Roy Nelson at heavyweight.

Bader (19-4) has looked great since dropping a knockout loss to Glover Teixeira in 2013, picking up four straight wins.  In the headliner of UFC Fight Night 47 last August, he defeated Ovince Saint-Preux by decision.  At UFC on FOX 14 in January he defeated Phil Davis in a close split decision.

UFC Fight Night 68 takes place live from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA on June 6.
