Video: UFC 189 Embedded Episodes 3, 4 and 5

On Episode 3 of UFC 189 Embedded, featherweight headliner Conor McGregor’s jet-set lifestyle takes him to Los Angeles for an appearance on Conan. In Sacramento, California opposing title contender Chad Mendes wakes up to discover that his phone number has been published by notorious MMA troll Chael Sonnen. Mendes cools off with a visit to a cryotherapy center. Back in Las Vegas, McGregor and team celebrate the arrival of their preferred mode of caffeine and get in some training. And Mendes watches his foe’s late-night appearance on Conan.

On Episode 4 of UFC 189 Embedded, headliner Chad Mendes trades the gym for a pool to test his endurance in the week before his featherweight title fight. His opponent Conor McGregor enjoys a poolside massage and adds a few unexpected weapons to his arsenal. Plus, welterweight champion Robbie Lawler and challenger Rory MacDonald do some final prep at home for their championship rematch.

On Episode 5 of UFC 189 Embedded, featherweight title contender Chad Mendes continues to train hard in Sacramento, California, motivated by the magnitude of the upcoming event. His opponent Conor McGregor does the same in Las Vegas, capping his day with a big-city display of fireworks. Mendes celebrates the holiday weekend on the water before setting off some DIY pyrotechnics.
