The undefeated Caldwell (8-0) has won five-straight in the Bellator cage since making his debut less than two years ago. In his last outing he submitted Shawn Bunch in the second round and before that he beat veteran of almost 30-fights, Rafael Silva by decision.

Warren (13-4) is a 2x Bellator MMA bantamweight champion as well as a 2x Bellator MMA tournament winner. He has fought exclusively for Bellator since their 13th show in 2010. Prior to this he started his professional career off 2-1 in DREAM, including wins over KID Yamamoto and Chase Beebe. During his Bellator run he has picked up wins over Patricio ‘Pitbull’, Eduardo Dantas, Rafael Silva, Joe Soto, Marcos Galvao, Karakhanyan and LC Davis among others.

Winner may earn a shot at the bantamweight championship. Current champ Marcos Galvao hopes to defend that title against Eduardo Dantas in Late-February. Either opponent would be a new test for Caldwell. Joe Warren has fought both men previously.

This will be the main event of Bellator 151 in Thackerville, Oklahoma. It is the sole fight announced for the event at this time.
