Late Monday night RIZIN FF held a press conference to announce a rematch between Charles “Krazy Horse” Bennett and Minoru Kimura, as well as a massive step-up in competition for Kron Gracie as he takes on Japanese legend Tatsuya Kawajiri on December 31.

Charles Bennett (30-30-2) vs. Minoru Kimura (0-1) II

On September 25 the two met in a highly-anticipated match-up under the RIZIN banner. Bennett won the fight in just 7 seconds via knockout followed by a typically wild post-fight interview. The result was surprising to some as, at 23-years-old, Kimura entered the bout a veteran of K-1. He was expected to have the striking edge by most and hopes to avenge the loss on December 31.

Tatsuya Kawajiri (35-10-2) vs. Kron Gracie (3-0)

After his recent UFC release, Tatsuya Kawajiri signed with RIZIN Fighting Federation last week and called out Kron Gracie. The Japanese legend will return to Japan for the first time in exactly four years. Kawajiri enters the bout with Gracie after two-straight losses in battles against ranked UFC featherweights Cub Swanson and Dennis Bermudez. Gracie enters the bout with a perfect record of 3-0 since his MMA debut two years ago. He is 2-0 under the RIZIN banner, with submission victories over Japanese veteran Hideo Tokoro and young-gun Asen Yamamoto.
