TUF 25 to feature former cast members and more

A lot of folks in the MMA world feel that the show that kicked off the UFC‘s start to current fame, The Ultimate Fighter, has run its course. Well that might be the case, however it sounds like the promotion is trying to rewrite the script. TUF 25 is expected to feature former cast members, a couple of current fighters from the UFC roster and even a fighter with a 0-0 record.

The news broke on Wednesday morning courtesy of MMANewsline.com.

According to Newsline, the 23 athletes will make their way to Las Vegas on December 13 and 14 for initial casting and tryouts.

A number of seasons are being represented including, The Ultimate Fighter 2, The Ultimate Fighter 7, The Ultimate Fighter 8, The Ultimate Fighter Season 11, The Ultimate Fighter Season 13, The Ultimate Fighter 16, The Ultimate Fighter Season 17, The Ultimate Fighter Season 19,  The Ultimate Fighter Season 21, The Ultimate Fighter Season 22 and The Ultimate Fighter International season. One of the participants trying out is even former TUF winner.

The following list is of the 23 athletes that MMANewsline has secured from sources close to the website, but it might not be the final roster.
