Main Event

The UFC veteran, Wade, will look to continue his winning ways this season after losing last season in the playoffs to eventual winner and champion, Natan Schulte. Wade would love a finish very early to get the five or six points to lock in a higher seed but he faces a tough opponent in Aliev who has not lost since 2015. Aliev is currently riding a eight fight winning streak. His last three wins in a row have been finishes which will prove to be a difficult, testing task for Wade.

Co-Main Event

Last season’s featherweight champion, Palmer, will look for back to back championships but has a big test in front of him in the form of Luis Rafael Laurentino who is currently 34-1. Though most of Laurentino wins are on the regional scene, he finishes his fights and defeated veteran Jeremy Kennedy with a 23 second headkick in the first round. Many of Laurentinos victories are also by first round so if Palmer can utilize his wrestling game, he should be able to cruise to a victory. Luis Rafael Laurentino showed though it only takes a handful of seconds for him to finish a bout and if Palmer makes one mistake, the bout can end instantly.
