UFC 4, the latest mixed martial arts video game developed by EA Sports, has just added surging talent Khamzat Chimaev to its in-game roster. The video game has been criticized for missing out numerous stars, however, EA recently began to make amends by adding Pedro Munhoz and Calvin Kattar a few weeks back.

Khamzat Chimaev Added to UFC 4

Khamzat Chimaev has quickly become the hottest prospect in the UFC. After making his debut on short notice at UFC on ESPN 13, nobody could have predicted the impact the Swede would have on both the welterweight and middleweight divisions. Chimaev has finished all three of opponents in the UFC, with his latest bout being a one-hitter-quitter over the helpless Gerald Meerschaert.

Chimaev’s stats on UFC 4 are incredibly solid with his well-rounded game being reflected in him having no areas below four stars. The surging talent has been given a four-star striking and overall ranking, whilst his grappling and health have been deemed four and a half stars. These solid stats make Chimaev a great option in UFC 4.

Khamzat Chimaev was recently granted a #15 spot on the official UFC welterweight rankings and is booked to fight #3 welterweight Leon Edwards in the UFC’s last event of 2020. If Chimaev beats the British veteran, his hype train will likely arrive in champion Kamaru Usman’s yard. However, this will be easier said than done as Edwards is a quality opponent with wins over Rafael Dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone.
