Another event where the main event has been changed up on fans. Jack Hermansson faces off against Marvin Vettori in the evening’s headliner. We will dive into our UFC on ESPN 19 DraftKings fantasy picks in this series.
On November 6, Hermannson’s original opponent, Darren Till was forced to withdraw due to an undisclosed injury. He was replaced by Kevin Holland, but after testing positive for COVID-19, Vettori stepped in on short notice.
There are plenty of fighters to choose from, but with DraftKings, you have to be strategic. We will give you two locks and one underdog pick.
Movsar Evoloev ($9,300)
Evoloev is undefeated at 13-0 in his professional MMA career and 3-0 inside the octagon. The Russian has earned unanimous decision victories in all three of his UFC outings and will definitely be looking to get the job done within the distance against Nate Landwehr. He is the most expensive fighter on the DK lineup, but with his skills, he is a lock.
Ilia Topuria ($9,000)
This guy, Ilia Topuria is a stud. At 23-years-old, he’s 9-0, with a scary finishing rate. He won his octagon debut with a unanimous decision over Youssef Zalal, but look for him to step up his game and hunt for the finish against Damon Jackson in this outing. Whether it’s a knockout or submission, you will likely get some serious points if you put Topuria in your lineup.
Ovince Saint Preux ($7,800)
The former light heavyweight title challenger comes into this fight against undefeated Jamahal Hill going 2-3 in his last five fights, however, earned an impressive knockout victory against Alonzo Menifield in his most recent outing. That bout earned him Performance of the Night honors. Saint Preux sits at a +162 underdog and if you’re looking to save a few bucks in your lineup, with a chance to hit, he is a safe underdog pick.
After making these three picks your remaining salary would be $23,900, which means an average of $7,966 for each fighter.
UFC on ESPN 19 goes down on December 5 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
