BJ Penn finds himself in more hot water after being arrested for suspicion of DUI after a video of his arrest surfaced yesterday. It’s the second time in a year that Penn has had an incident that resulted in him being investigated for DUI. In February of last year, he wrecked his truck leading to an investigation.

We have photos of the damage to the Toyota Truck from last February below. We will also provide an NSFW video of him being taken into custody. The news was first reported by MMAFighting.com.

A spokesperson for the Hawaii Police Dept. says the 42-year-old MMA fighter arrested custody on Saturday in Honokaa, which is on the Big Island of Oahu.

The video contains offensive language and content.

Back in February TMZ provided the photo of the truck that was damaged while Penn was at the wheel and alone when it was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Hilo.

According to Puna Patrol Cpt. Ken Quiocho, a 911 call was made to report the accident. The report indicated the truck was speeding, lost control, and flipped.

Penn was transported by ambulance to Hilo Medical Center.  Due to procedural changes, he was not issued a breathalyzer at the time and blood was not drawn.

BJ Penn was a massive UFC star and two-division champion before his release in 2019. Since his release, he’s had multiple issues, including multiple street fights, DUI investigations, and a child paternity test.

BJ Penn won world titles in both the lightweight and welterweight divisions. However, in his last eight fights in the UFC, he failed to earn a single victory.
