MMASucka staff picks continue this busy month with another event-filled fight week. The first of three cards over the next few days sees PFL 6 2021 take place June 24 from the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Tomorrow’s preliminary card will kick off live at 6:00pm ET (3:00pm PT) on ESPN+ with the main card beginning at 10:00pm ET (7:00pm PT) on ESPN.

Stay tuned to MMASucka throughout the course of the week, as our triple-header will continue with Bellator 261 on Friday as well and UFC Vegas 30 on Saturday.

The Fights

PFL’s final Regular Season event will see fighters competing in the lightweight (155 lbs.) and heavyweight (265 lbs.) divisions. In the main event, lightweights take the stage as Kayla Harrison and Cindy Dandois meet for a possible 15 minutes. Skillful judoka Harrison will look to remain undefeated in her tenth professional fight. A lightening-fast technical knockout of Mariana Morais put her tied with Larissa Pacheco at the top of her divisional rankings with six points. Harrison’s opponent, Dandois, looks to utilize her experience having competing in various organizations throughout her twelve-year MMA career. A decision loss to Kaitlin Young left Dandois at zero points thus far, hoping to earn a spot in the playoffs with a win.

The featured main card heavyweight pairing comes between Denis Goltsov and Brandon Sayles. Former ACB champion Goltsov looks for an eighth win through his last nine while Sayles aims to extend his four-fight finishing streak.

Last-minute shuffling from prior cards have resulted in two fights being added to the event. Lightweights Anthony Pettis and Raush Manfio will square off in the co-main event, while featherweights Lance Palmer and Movlid Khaybulaev meet on the main card.

Staff Picks

Throughout the calendar year, staff picks will be composed of main card fights from UFC and Bellator events and a variety of fights from PFL MMA. Dana White’s Contender Series will make its debut in the summer months.

The WINNER of staff picks in 2021 will have a choice between receiving a custom-made championship belt from ProAmBelts or chain from Championship Chains. For the third straight year, Michael DeSantis captured the 2020 victory compiling a record of 201-88.
