After their in-ring confrontation back in June at BKFC 18, Hector Lombard and Lorenzo Hunt were destined to meet each other in the BKFC ring. They will do so with the inaugural light heavyweight title on the line tonight at BKFC 22 in Miami. These two men will have a bout that will have them both coming out of the gates firing, and many people would be shocked if it goes past the first round.
In the co-main event, Luis Palomino defends his lightweight title against Dat Nguyen, who is the former bantamweight champion. He will be moving up the two weight classes to make BKFC history, something unseen in many combat sports outside of boxing itself.
Other names on the card worth watching include Britain Hart and Pearl Gonzalez matching up for a fun and competitive women’s matchup that could lead to a title shot for the winner. There will also be Strikeforce veteran Mike Kyle facing Bellator veteran Gustavo Trujillo and UFC and Ultimate Fighter veteran Marcus Brimage making his BKFC debut.
MMA Sucka has fight fans covered with BKFC 22 results, with the preliminary card starting live at 8pm ET/5pm PT on BKFC’s YouTube page, followed by the main card at 9pm ET/6pm PT on the BKTV app and FITE TV.

Manuel Moreira needs to get his job back or find another career. He absolutely sucks, and yes, I can/could beat his ass. He offered next to zero offense and his weak-ass shadow-boxing did nothing for him except to allow his opponent how and when to hit him. All those tattoos don’t make you hard either, you’re not impressing anyone. His prior boss was onto something by not allowing him time-off, so glad he lost his job, f’ing d’bag.
