SFL 12: “Rise of the Challengers”

One of SFL’s biggest names after his time on reality TV show SFL Challengers, Isaac Kario took the show by storm submitting two of his three opponents on the way to becoming the SFL Challengers Champion. Facing him will be 22 year old Egyptian Mahmoud Ashour, looking to cause an upset and make his mark on the global stage.

Co-headlining the event will be Ukraine’s Julia Berezikova (6-3) and Spain’s Karla Benitez (7-3), two female flyweights looking to put themselves in the running for a future shot at the title. The fight is a rematch, with the two having faced off earlier this year in May when Berezikova won a controversial split decision victory after a three round war. This time they will be looking to ensure there is no need for a judge’s decision.

SFL 12 also sees the return to action of two of its knockout artists; middleweight Pawan Maan Singh and light-heavyweight Mohit Tokas, both of whom are coming off one-punch KO debut wins. Meanwhile, bantamweights Sharath Babu and Varinder Singh will be battling for redemption after both lost their debut bouts in the shows opening fight.

With four more debutants on the card and title shots looming on the horizon for any fighter that can make his mark, SFL 12 promises to be another action packed and excitement filled card.
