Von Flue Choke Definition – The Von Flue Choke is a shoulder choke from side control. It is a defense against guillotine choke. The technique was named after Jason Von Flue after he submits Alex Karalexis at Ultimate Fight Night 3 with a shoulder choke from side control which was considered a new technique because it was kind of new to the community of MMA. Since then this choke is know as Von Flue Choke.
