Aren’t we all familiar with Andrei Arlovski? The former UFC Heavyweight Champion has done it all in his professional MMA career, and has competed at the highest level of MMA competition as well. Now though, it looks certain that Arlovski’s future lies with ONE Fighting Championship, Asia’s fastest rising MMA promotion that’s based in Singapore.

The organization announced through its official Facebook page that Arlovski will be in attendance when the promotion hosts its 3rd press conference next week. Although details are scarce at the moment, it is assumed that Arlovski has penned a new deal with the Singapore-based promotion, and is expected to fight on a future ONE FC card.

Arlovski would bring a 17-9 resume to the ONE FC cage, holding wins over the likes of Fabricio Werdum, Tim Sylvia and Ben Rothwell. He is the only man to ever knock Roy ‘Big Country’ Nelson out.

Following a poor stint in Strikeforce, Arlovski signed with Pro-Elite where he snapped his 4-fight losing streak and was crowned the promotion’s Heavyweight Champion after defeating Ray Lopez via TKO. He then went on to knock out Travis Fulton via KO, at the promotion’s ‘Big Guns’ event last year.
