Lauzon vs. Varner added to UFC on FOX 4 main card

|

UFC on FOX 4 will feature four fights on the main card.

A lightweight showdown between Joe Lauzon and Jamie Varner will be the first fight on the FOX telecast.

UFC on FOX 4 is set to be headlined by former light heavyweight champ Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Brandon Vera. The main card will be telecast live on FOX and the prelims will air on FUEL TV.

Varner (20-6-1) made his return to the octagon back in May against Edson Barboza. He stepped into the cage on just one months notice and destroyed Barboza in the very first round. He once again returns as a replacement, this time for Terry Etim.

Lauzon (21-7) is looking to get back in the win column. Back at UFC 144 in February, he was knocked out by former WEC champ Anthony Pettis.
