Dana White just broke the news via Twitter on an exciting middleweight match-up scheduled to go down this December.
Despite calling Mark Munoz out both before and after his last bout, Lombard won’t be getting his wish. Instead, the Cuban middleweight sensation will face the leg-lock destroying machine Rousimar Palhares. White said the bout is scheduled for UFC on FX6 in Australia on Dec. 14.
Lombard has fought many times in Australia and was a regular for the country’s Cage Fighting Championship (CFC) promotion for many years.
