Video: Interview with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion Caio Terra

|

Most of the world was introduced to Caio Terra during “UFC Primetime: GSP vs Condit” when he was brought in to sharpen the ground game of UFC welterweight contender, Carlos Condit.

In the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Caio Terra is kind of a big deal.  He rose through the ranks from white belt to black belt in only three years. The 125lbs competitor proved that he belonged with the best of the BJJ players by winning numerous titles. This includes six world championship titles, several absolute (no weight division) titles, and at the ripe age of 26, there’s still more to come. (To learn more about Caio Terra click here.)

The MMASucka.com crew caught up with Caio during his seminar this weekend in Surrey, BC to talk about his BJJ career, fighting bigger opponents, and if MMA is in the cards for him in the future.

A huge thanks to Logan and Sofie of Gravity Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for welcoming us to their school for the interview.  Like them on facebook and follow them on twitter!
