UFC will air twelve ‘Fight Night’ cards Wednesdays on FOX Sports 1

On Tuesday, Fox Sports Executives announced that the UFC will hold ‘Fight Night’ cards every other Wednesday on FOX Sports 1 beginning in August.

FUEL TV will now be called FOX Sports 1 and will officially make the change on Saturday, August 17th. Many were questioning what would happen to the UFC programming which took place on FUEL TV, well now we have some answers.

Richard Deitsch of Sports Illustrated was at today’s press conference in New York and gave some inside scoop.

There is still plenty of speculation and questions as to what these events will entail, but more news is expected soon.

Deitsch also stated that Fox Sports 1 will air a UFC Tonight studio show every Wednesday from 7:30-8PM ET.

If you heard the Joe Rogan podcast with Dana White a couple weeks back, he mentioned a Mike Tyson documentary series. That aforementioned documentary will also appear on FOX Sports 1.
