Johny Hendricks claimed true number one contender status at UFC 158 with a victory over Carlos Condit.
Hendricks almost instantly looked for the knockout punch, but was unable to drop or even phaze Condit. So, he decided to go back to his roots and utilize his wrestling, landing takedown after takedown at will. Hendricks went on to win on all three judges scorecards.
