Guillherme Cruz of popular Brazilian MMA site Tatame is reporting that an injury to Josh Koscheck has scrapped both he and Demian Maia’s appearance on the upcoming UFC 163 card.
Cruz reported the information earlier today on his Twitter account, as well as the fact that UFC 163 will only have 12 fights now.

UFC 163 goes down on August 3rd, 2013 at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The newly-shortened event is scheduled to be headlined by a featherweight title belt pitting the champion Jose Aldo against “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung.
