Okami (29-8) was once tagged by UFC president Dana White as “the best fighter to ever come out of Japan”. He was since last seen losing to Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza by TKO at UFC Fight Night 28. Prior to that, Okami was on a three-fight winning streak with wins over Buddy Roberts, Alan Belcher, and Hector Lombard. The one time title contender’s UFC record stands at 13-5.
No word to as when Okami will debut with WSOF, but keep it locked to MMASucka.com for more on the news as it arises.
