The Australian boasts an impressive record of 11-1 and will now be looking to strut his skills under the ONE FC banner.

Chris Lokteff has never seen the distance in any of his twelve pro MMA bouts, and has, in fact, finished all of his eleven wins by either knockout or submission.

The Aussie Heavyweight meets AKA prospect Tony Johnson (7-1) at next week’s ONE FC 12: Warrior Spirit fight card in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

On a three-fight winning run that includes wins in both BRACE and Nitro MMA events, Lokteff, trains out of Integrated MMA, the very gym that has produced the likes of UFC vet Kyle Noke among others to date. The 27-year-old is one of the brightest Heavyweight prospects out of Australia and this would certainly be seen as a massive coup for the Singapore-based ONE FC.

His opponent, Tony Johnson, meanwhile, trains alongside the likes of UFC champ Cain Velasquez and Strikeforce Grand Prix champ Daniel Cormier at the world-renowned AKA MMA facility down in San Jose, California. He made his ONE FC debut at ONE FC 9: Rise to Power, picking up a TKO victory via Doctor’s Stoppage in the third frame.

“I’ve finished 11 of my opponents within two rounds and I can’t see why my bout against Tony Johnson will be any different. I will be looking to knock him out or finish him by submission. Either way, I will be looking for the finish and bringing home my win bonus. I am very excited about fighting one of the best heavyweights ONE FC has on my debut.” Lokteff told MMA Kanvas.

ONE FC 12: Warrior Spirit takes place November 15 at the Stadium Putra in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As with past events, fans around Asia can catch all the action live on Star Sports. Lokteff-Johnson is expected to be a part of the main card.
