Video: Anthony Johnson vs Phil Davis UFC 172 fight highlights
The co-main event was in the light heavyweight division, as Anthony Johnson took on Phil Davis. Davis was an odds on favorite, however Johnson proved that the oddsmakers aren’t always right. Davis was unable to take Johnson down on a number of occasions and “Rumble” took advantage of this by landing some big punches in the standup department. The judges all scored the fight 30-27 in favor of Johnson after three rounds.
