Trevor Prangley AKA prospect Daniel Swain has signed a multi-fight deal with Resurrection Fighting Alliance.
Daniel Swain signs multi-fight deal with RFA
MMASucka.com learned of the news from Swain himself.
“I’m very excited to get to fight for the RFA. They are one of the leading regional shows in North America and produce a lot of UFC fighters,” Swain told MMASucka.com. “Im stoked I get to call the RFA my home for the next chapter of my career.”
Swain (12-4) was a wrestling standout growing up and stepped onto the pro MMA scene in 2012. Most recently Swain defeated Mike Joy by first round TKO at a King of the Cage event earlier this month.
The 23–year-old will make an immediate move to 135-pounds.
“Agent Orange” has fought once under the RFA banner, but the fight didn’t go his way. He stepped in as a late replacement to fight Jarred Mercado and looked to weather an early storm. Unfortunately it was too little too late for Swain when he poured it on in the third round.
The bout must have impressed RFA officials.
No word as to when Swain will make his next appearance with RFA, but according to him they are searching out an opponent now.
