MMASucka.com owner Jeremy Brand has taken on the journey of UFC Fit and you can join him with these weekly UFC Fit reviews that he will be doing for the next 12-weeks.
Check out the below quote from the UFC Fit website and then check the Day 1-5 review from Jeremy following.
The UFC FIT program is broken into four, three-week segments. Picture building blocks, where each one stacks on top of the other. UFC FIT focuses on building a solid foundation in the early phases to develop strength, flexibility and conditioning that will be drawn upon in later phases. UFC FIT teaches techniques with the proper volume and intensity to force consistent progression so that with each workout, you get better.
But then, boom! It changes.
Without further ado…

Day 27 and Day 28 Unfortunately I was out of action with the flu (or food poisoning) so I missed the Shark Attack workout last Saturday, as well as Ultimate Stretch Flex.
I also won’t talk about my diet at all this week, as it’s been on point and I’m continuing to drop the weight.
Day 29
Workout – Cardio Cross Train and Ab Assassin – When these two workouts are combined it is an absolute killer. Cardio Cross Train hits your abs in each and every round, then to follow that up with three killer rounds of Ab Assassin has busted my gut up a few times.
Weight – 190.1
Day 30
Workout – Plyo Shred – I don’t use a mat, just my hard wood floors (well really laminate) so this workout gets a little slippery. I drip with sweat from the pace and then slip around at times when jumping because of the sweat on the floor. Always pushing hard though.
Weight – 189,4
Day 31
Workout – Fat Fighter – Fat Fighter has been around since Week 1, so you know what the deal is. I love this workout, as it’s quick and the intensity is high. My performance continues to get better week after week.
Weight – 188.9
Day 32
Workout – Cardio Cross Train – Again like Fat Fighter this workout has been around since the first week. The thing with Cardio Cross Train is that it seems to be doubled up every week. Very very repetitive.
Weight – 188.6
Day 33
Workout – Shark Attack and Ultimate Stretch Flex – To hear Mike Dolce say, “This is the exact workout I use with my UFC fighters before entering the Octagon” gets a little played out, but the Shark Attack workout is always fun. I stopped after the third round and moved right into Ultimate Stretch Flex rather than doing the cool down.
Weight – 187.2
