A featherweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 63 — UFC vet Clay Guida is set to take on Robbie Peralta.

UFC officials announced the matchup on Thursday.

Clay Guida vs Robbie Peralta set for UFC Fight Night 63 in Fairfax

Guida (35-11) is coming off a round-two submission loss to Dennis Bermudez on the main card of UFC on FOX 12 in July of last year.  Prior to that, he defeated Tatsuya Kawajiri in Abu Dhabi in April 2014, by decision.

Peralta (18-5) is also coming off a submission loss, to Thiago Tavares at UFC Fight Night 47 in Maine.  Earlier last year, he took Rony Jason to a close decision in May at the TUF: Brazil 3 Finale.

The card placement for the bout is unknown, but likely for the main card.

UFC Fight Night 63 takes place live from the Patriot Center in Fairfax, VA on April 4.  Headlining the event is a pivotal featherweight bout between Chad Mendes and Ricardo Lamas.
