Pride of Edmonton Ryan Ford returns to the World Series of Fighting Decagon on June 5 against former UFC title contender Yushin Okami.
Ryan Ford returns to action against Yushin Okami at WSOF 21
The announcement was made during the WSOF 18 broadcast on Thursday evening.
Ford (22-5) is coming off a first round submission loss to Jake Shields at WSOF 14 last October. It was revealed post-fight that “The Real Deal” came into the bout with a broken arm. Prior to that loss, the 32-year-old was riding a six-fight winning streak.
Okami (30-9) is 1-1 inside the WSOF cage and will be looking to rebound from his most recent loss against David Branch for the WSOF Middleweight Title last November.
WSOF 21 goes down on June 5 from the Edmonton Expo Center in Edmonton, Alberta.
