The World Series of Fighting (WSOF) featherweight championship is on the line at WSOF 21, as titleholder Lance Palmer takes on Chris Horodecki in Edmonton this summer.
The matchup was announced on Thursday’s episode of Stud Show Radio.
Lance Palmer vs Chris Horodecki added to WSOF 21 in Edmonton
Palmer (9-1) will be looking to defend his WSOF title for the first time. He gained the title last December, when he stopped Rick Glenn in the co-main event of WSOF 18. Prior to that, he submitted Nick LoBosco at WSOF 10 last summer in the first round.
Horodecki (21-5-1, 1 NC) made his promotional debut last October at WSOF 14, and defeated Luis Huete via decision. Prior to that, he picked up wins against Tim Smith and Frank Caraballo in the regional circuits, but dropped a lost to Marlon Sandro in Bellator MMA.
WSOF 21 takes place live from Edmonton Expo Center in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on June 5. In the main event, Yushin Okami takes on Ryan Ford in a middleweight bout.
