UFC officials confirmed the bout on Tuesday, with ESPN.com being the first to report it.
Pena (6-2) came back from a year-long hiatus due to a knee injury and defeated Milana Dudieva via TKO at UFC Fight Night 63. The former TUF winner earned a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus for that outing as well.
Eye (11–3, 1NC) lost a unanimous decision to Miesha Tate at this past month’s UFC on FOX 16 fight card. Since debuting with the organization in 2013, “Evil” has gone 1-2 with 1-no contest. Her lone victory was a TKO against Leslie Smith at UFC 180 last November.
UFC 192 goes down on October 3 from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Headlining the card is expected to be a light heavyweight title match between champion Daniel Cormier and Alexander Gustafsson.
