GLORY 23 features an intense main event in front of the Las Vegas crowd, as Nieky Holzken takes on Raymond Daniels in a rematch of their bout from this past February. Holzken has made his mark on the welterweight division and this will be his chance to be the kingpin if he is to beat Raymond Daniels and earn the gold around his waist.

Also on the card is a heavyweight slugfest between rising star Xavier Vigney and Daniel Sam. And of course the tournament — what would a Glory event be without a tournament? The middleweights are at it on the GLORY 23 card, as Dustin Jacoby takes on Ariel Sepulveda and Casey Greene takes on Quinton O’Brien.

If you are on the fence about watching GLORY 23, we give you the top 5 reasons below.

***

1. The main event is a rematch from GLORY 19 in February. Nieky Holzken, considered by many the top kickboxer in his weightclass, if not the world, won the first go-round. Can Raymond Daniels pull the upset and get revenge?

2. Raymond Daniels is capable of this.

3. If Holzken wins, this could potentially set up a fight between himself and Paul Daley at the Bellator: MMA DYNAMITE hybrid show in September. Holzken made the call out. Daley seems to want it as well.

4. GLORY is searching for some American kickboxing standouts to become the next stars. Four middleweights, including former UFC fighter Dustin Jacoby will get that shot at glory (hehe) in the one-night, four-man tournament that GLORY has become known for.
5. The always lovely GLORY Girls, including Miss Alyssa Arce, will be there.
Catch the action live on SPIKE TV this Friday night, August 7 at 8pm PT/11pm ET.
