On November 10, 2015, a legend decided to hang up the gloves. Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic was expected to take on Anthony Hamilton at UFC Fight Night 79, however, he was forced out of the fight and announced his retirement.

Cro Cop has been a fixation of the MMA world since 2001 and has amassed a 31-11-2, 1NC record. The former Croatian police officer was known for his trademark shorts and highlight reel head kick knockouts.
